Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING
Presence offers customers shipping on their orders placed from our website. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Presence does not ship internationally at this time. Expedited and rush shipping options are available for an additional charge. Please contact customer care for more information.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we understand delivery issues can happen. Please be aware that shipping dates provided at checkout are estimates and are subject to change. Shipping times will be determined after your order is processed, your payment method is validated, and at the time your order is shipped. Actual delivery dates are not guaranteed and are subject to factors beyond our control, including delays by the carrier or delivery company, supply chain issues, weather, traffic, and other factors.
RETURNS
At Presence, customer satisfaction is always our top priority. If you are not pleased with your purchase, we will accept your timely return - of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise and provide a store credit.
We accept returned items sent back within 10 days of receiving your merchandise.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:

Within 10 days of receiving your package, please mail your order back to the following address:

- Please include the packing slip with your reason for return in your package.
- We will notify you by email once your return has been received and processed. Returned items will be credited to a store credit only in the form of a gift card, which never expires.

Please carefully read our return policy to ensure that we can proceed with your request as quickly as possible.
- If you send back your return after the 10-day window, the store will not accept the package, so please contact Customer Care with any questions.
- Items marked SALE may not be returned.
- Items must be returned new, unused and with all original Presence and garment tags still attached. Any forms of authenticity, such as cards, dust bags, and leather tags must also be included.
- Returns that are damaged, altered, or worn will not be accepted for return. The merchandise will be sent back to the customer unless it has been approved by Presence.
- All items undergo quality reviews before they are sent out. Should a product be faulty, please contact us immediately. We can offer alternatives such as exchanges or repairs to the product.
- We make every effort to display items as accurately as possible on the presenceboutique.com site. However, computer vary; we cannot guarantee the accuracy of your monitor’s color display.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange sizes, please place a new order for the new size and return the size that doesn’t fit.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Requests for price adjustments will only be honored if the merchandise was purchased at full price and if it is marked down within 2 days of purchase date. Please call Customer Care (717-761-8875) or email customercare@presenceonline.com to arrange.
